A New York Talent Agency
We represent the people who make the culture.
Weston Talent Agency builds careers. We find the work, negotiate the deal, and put our clients in front of the brands, buyers and rooms that move a career forward — then we do it again next year, and the year after that.
An agency is judged on two things: the rooms it can get you into, and what it brings back out.
Every client here is handled by an agent who knows their name, their rate and their calendar — not a queue. We keep the list short on purpose. That is the entire model, and it is why a brand calling this office gets an answer the same day rather than a form letter three weeks later.
Departments
What we represent
Six departments, one roster. Clients are routinely worked across more than one — a series regular who tours, a creator who lands a national endorsement — and the agents share the file rather than the client repeating themselves.
Talent
Film, television, streaming and stage. Auditions, offers, quotes and long-term career strategy for actors, hosts and on-camera personalities.
Digital & Creator
Representation for creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Substack and podcast — rate cards, exclusivity, usage terms and the deals worth turning down.
Brand Partnerships
Endorsements, ambassadorships, campaigns, licensing and equity deals. The department brands and agencies call first.
Music & Live
Touring, festivals, residencies and private dates, plus label and publishing negotiation for recording and performing artists.
Commercial & Voice
National and regional spots, print, industrial, animation and voiceover — the bookings that pay the bills between the ones that make the name.
Speaking & Publishing
Keynotes, corporate appearances, book deals, media tours and the long-form work that turns an audience into a body of work.
For Brands
Working with our clients starts here.
If you are a brand, agency or platform looking to book, endorse, license or partner with a Weston client, Brand Partnerships is your first call. Tell us the client you have in mind — or the audience you are trying to reach, and we will tell you who on the roster fits.
One point of contact
An agent owns your inquiry end to end — scoping, availability, rate, contract and delivery. No handoffs mid-campaign.
Answers in a day
Every brand inquiry is read by a person the day it lands, and answered with a yes, a no, or a better idea.
Clean paper
Usage, exclusivity, territory and term written plainly, so nobody discovers a surprise in year two of a campaign.
Roster fit, not a list blast
We pitch the two clients who actually fit the brief instead of forwarding the whole roster and hoping.
Signing
How representation happens
We sign a small number of new clients a year. The path is the same for everyone, whether you came in through a submission or a referral.
Submission
Send reel, links, resume or metrics through the contact form. Every submission is reviewed. Unsolicited material is welcome; a referral moves faster.
The conversation
If there is a fit, you meet the agent who would actually work you — not a scout — and we talk plainly about where the career is and what the next twenty-four months should look like.
The agreement
Standard terms, standard commission, no fees to sign and no charge for representation. If an agency ever asks you to pay to be represented, walk out.
