Representation
What an agent here actually does for you.
Read the offer. Know the quote. Make the call you would not have made alone. Below is how the departments are organised, and what to send if you are looking for representation.
Departments
Six desks, one roster
A client is signed to the agency, not to a department. When a booking crosses desks, the agents work it together and the client hears one voice.
Talent
Film, television, streaming and stage. We cover breakdowns and offers, set and hold quotes, negotiate options, billing, credit and back end, and coordinate with your manager, publicist and attorney so nobody is negotiating against your own team.
Digital & Creator
YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Substack and podcast. Rate cards built off real performance, usage and whitelisting terms priced properly, category exclusivity that does not quietly lock up your next year, and platform deals read line by line.
Brand Partnerships
Endorsements, ambassadorships, campaigns, licensing, product collaborations and equity. This desk works both directions: bringing brands to the roster, and taking a client's own product line out to retail and media. Brand inquiries start here.
Music & Live
Routing and touring, festivals, residencies, corporate and private dates, support slots and settlement. Plus label, sync and publishing negotiation for recording artists, and the unglamorous work of getting paid on time after the show.
Commercial & Voice
National and regional spots, print and digital, industrial, animation, audiobook and voiceover. Session fees, use cycles, holding fees and conflicts tracked so a regional buyout does not cost you a national campaign.
Speaking & Publishing
Keynotes, panels, corporate appearances, university dates, book proposals and media tours. Fee ladders that hold, travel and rider terms handled, and a publishing path for clients with something longer to say.
Submissions
Seeking representation
We read everything that comes in, and we sign very few. Make it easy to say yes: one email, everything in it, no attachments over 10 MB.
What to send
Reel or self-tape link, resume, current headshot, union status, city, and who has represented you before. Note anything shooting or airing in the next six months.
What to send
Handles, audience size and geography, last-90-day performance, any exclusivity you are currently bound by, and the three brand deals you most want next year.
What to send
Links to recorded work, ticket counts by market, any current label, publishing or booking agreements, and your touring window.
What to send
Speaking reel or a recorded talk, topics, past fees and audiences, publication history and anything in progress.
Where it goes
One submission through the contact form, with links rather than attachments. If it is a fit, you hear from an agent inside two weeks. We do not send rejections for every submission.
No fees, ever
We are paid a commission on work we book. There is no signing fee, no monthly charge, no required classes and no photographer you have to use. Nobody legitimate charges you to be represented.
